Hosts were very responsive and the home and location were perfect for our extended family get-away! Located a short walk from the pier with incredible views of the water/harbor and all the comforts of home. Plus use of the golf cart and funicular were easy and much appreciated. We had 7 people and the 7th slept on the couch as we weren’t able to figure out the access to a sofa sleeper as indicated in the listing, but it worked for us, and I’m sure Ania would have been more than happy to help guide us if we had asked. We would 100% return to Catalina and to this lovely home!

Wonderful property with fantastic views from the spacious upper deck with bbq and fire pit. We spent so much time out there. We liked it so much that we never went out for dinner… just bought food from Vons. The funicular really helped for my wife with her knee problem and hauling up luggage. The use of the provided golf cart came in very handy. The provided wine, beer, sodas and candy treats was appreciated. The hosts were helpful responding to questions.

Property is beautifully decorated, lots of extra touches. Close to town, very walkable and the use of the golf cart was a bonus. We only used the cart for groceries and to transport luggage. Great communication with host and all our questions were answered in a timely manner. The 4 flights of stairs were a bit frightening at first, but we used them to get all our steps in every day! We were there 4 days and hated to leave!

Such a beautiful property!! The deck is spectacular—a mix of sun and shade, plenty of room and a fire pit ! Comfortable furniture, a life-saving funicular ( especially for luggage) and very clean. Great to have a golf cart, and just a perfect location for shopping and eating in Avalon.
