About this apartment rental
Located on the 4th floor, it’s bathed in light for much of the day.
View of the zinc-roofed buildings typical of Paris.
In terms of layout, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
One bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a double bed (160 cm).
Another bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a single loft bed (90 cm).
The toilet is separate, and the second bathroom is also separate.
The living area features a kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy seating area.
The kitchen opens onto the living room. It also includes a bar where you can enjoy an aperitif, chat while cooking, and eat for those who like to stay at the bar.
The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, induction cooktop, oven/grill, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher).
TV and high-speed Internet (WiFi).
Two fans are available in case of extreme heat.
The building is beautifully designed, typical of the buildings in the Marais, one of Paris’s oldest neighborhoods.
The apartment is located on a quiet street.
The building is also very quiet.
The neighbors live in the building and prefer quiet guests.
Due to past negative experiences, I prefer to rent my apartment to families or couples with children.
As for the neighborhood, you’re in one of the nicest parts of Paris: the Upper Marais. The neighborhood is known for its international vibe, its events (Fashion Week, exhibitions), its restaurants, its markets (both small and large), its trendy shops, its food stores, its art galleries, and its nightlife.
It’s a neighborhood where life never stops. Many people come here on the weekends to stroll around, shop, have a drink, grab lunch or brunch, have dinner, or simply enjoy a cocktail.
In terms of transportation, it’s centrally located. You’re close to the famous Place de la République and its many metro lines, which will quickly take you anywhere in Paris.
There are also plenty of buses, bike rentals, and taxi stands—in short, everything you need to get around with peace of mind.
Located 150 meters from Square du Temple, a small park where you can relax, 200 meters from the Marché des Enfants Rouges (with many restaurants), and 150 meters from the Carreau du Temple.
This is a very safe neighborhood, as the apartment is located 200 meters from the Paris Centre Police Station.
To get around Paris, I recommend the CityMapper app.
