From the moment you walk through the front gate, you’ll feel the privacy. Tall hedges surround the property, creating a secluded oasis centered around a large saltwater pool and spa. Spend the day floating in the pool, unwind in the spa, or gather around the fire pit as the sun sets behind the mountains. With multiple outdoor spaces, there’s always a perfect spot to lounge, dine, or simply soak up the Palm Springs sunshine.

Inside the main house, vaulted beamed ceilings, a cozy fireplace, and carefully chosen furnishings give the living room an inviting, unmistakably Palm Springs feel. The open dining area looks out through sliding glass doors to the backyard, while the adjacent kitchen is equipped with pro-style appliances and everything you need to enjoy a meal at home. A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently tucked away in a separate laundry closet, and the outdoor gas barbecue is just steps from the kitchen.
The main home features two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, making it ideal for couples, friends, or a family getaway.

Just beyond the backyard is a separate, beautifully furnished one-bedroom casita. With vaulted ceilings, an open living and kitchen area, and its own ensuite bedroom and bathroom, the casita offers a private retreat for additional guests. It also includes a walk-in closet with a full-size washer and dryer. French doors open directly to the landscaped backyard, with a second entrance from the bedroom.

A gated driveway provides tandem parking for two cars, with private gated access to the property.
Walled and gated throughout, the entire property feels wonderfully private and secluded while still being just minutes from downtown Palm Springs. Enjoy easy access to restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and museums, then come home to your own quiet resort oasis.

Minimum length of stay and special rates may apply during certain seasonal events.

There is an optional pool heating available for a fee, (when needed). Depending upon length of stay, utility charges may apply.

Upon acceptance of the reservation you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement directly with the management company – 365 Vacation Rentals

The Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance requires the following:

All persons must be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
The maximum number of guests shall not exceed posted limits. This includes ALL children AND infants.
Outdoor music of any kind or excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
No more than 1 car per bedroom is allowed per home. 3 car maximum.

Failure to do so will result in fines being issued directly to the occupant of the home and you will forfeit your security deposit. Please refer to your rental agreement or ask for greater detail.
