From the living area, which features an open kitchen and dining area, you can step out onto the balcony with a view of the lake. The kitchen was expanded at the end of 2022 and now features a dishwasher. In addition to the bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed (sleeping area 140x180) is available in the living room if needed. The entryway closet area has also just been redesigned. The bathroom, featuring a shower and toilet, rounds out this apartment.


This is a non-smoking apartment, and pets are not allowed. For stays of 4 nights or more, a complimentary linen package is included, which consists of bed linens, towels (1 regular towel and 2 shower towels per person), a bath mat, and dish towels. A washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) are available in the building’s basement. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. The visitor’s tax is already included in the rental price.
