The apartment is located on the first floor of the Chiemseestrand vacation complex and features a living area with a dining area and an open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, and a children’s room with a bunk bed. Enjoy wonderful moments with a fantastic lake view on the west-facing terrace, which is accessible from the living area. The bathroom completes the apartment. An easy-to-maintain wood-look floor gives the apartment a cozy, comfortable feel.
This is a non-smoking apartment, and pets are not allowed. For stays of 4 nights or more, a complimentary linen package is included, which consists of bed linens, towels (1 regular towel and 2 shower towels per person), bath mats, and dish towels. A coin-operated washer and dryer are available in the complex’s basement. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. The visitor’s tax is already included in the rental price.
