Spend your vacation at the Rehblick vacation home, a corner townhouse located on the outskirts of Prien in a small vacation community. Just a 5-minute walk from the lake and 2.5 km from downtown Prien, this is an ideal starting point for all kinds of activities.
On the terrace, with its garden and stunning, unobstructed views of the Chiemgau Alps and the surrounding nature, you’re sure to enjoy many wonderful hours. You might even be lucky enough to spot deer and not only hear but also see birds (such as buzzards, falcons, cuckoos, and many more). From the terrace, you step directly into the living area, the heart of this little cottage. A crackling fire in the fireplace, visible from the sofa—what could be better during the cold seasons? The large panoramic window offers a fantastic view. The small, open kitchen with dining area is connected to the living area. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, shower, and washing machine. There is a separate toilet. The first floor is complemented by a bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with two single beds, which has been designed in a bunk-bed style.
A linen package is provided free of charge for your stay and includes bed linens, 2 dish towels, 1 bath mat, and one shower towel and one regular towel per person.
No traffic noise disturbs the peace here, as the vacation complex’s parking lot is about 30 meters from the house. A parking space is available free of charge for your car. We’d like to highlight the property’s unique location: a quiet setting, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach at Lake Chiemsee, and close to the hospital. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
This is a non-smoking property. Dogs are welcome here—a fee of 15 euros per night applies. Please note that the property is not fenced, and dogs must be kept on a leash when outdoors.
