About this house rental
Purchased in July 2023 and full renovation completed February 2024.
This charming coastal home, with unique layout, is the perfect spot for a BHI vacation. As you ascend to the main entrance, an inviting front deck gracefully extends to a spacious back deck, perfect for outdoor living. Upon entering the house, you'll discover generously sized living spaces, including a screened porch, sunken formal dining room with wine/beer fridge, a living room with soaring ceilings and fireplace, a fully remodeled kitchen with new appliances and an expansive bar island. The first level is completed by a half bathroom and three bedrooms: two primary king bedrooms with televisions and ensuite bathrooms, third bedroom with two twin beds and television. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms (one queen, two doubles with television), a bathroom, and a loft area. Throughout the home, glimpses of the ocean and the adjacent golf course can be enjoyed. Under the raised pilings, the first floor features a garage, storage area, mud room, and convenient indoor and outdoor showers.
The house comes equipped with beach chairs and games for kids of all ages.
The home has two golf carts to transport you around the island; a six-seater and a four-seater (one a new 2022 Bentelli).
Option for BOTH Shoals Club and/or Bald Head Island Club memberships - separate price(s).
One outdoor video cameras monitor the exterior of the home. Footage remains private and in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house and couldn't have been happier with our experience. The home was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy our visit. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a great getaway.The location was excellent, with an easy and pleasant walk to the beach. The property was in excellent condition throughout, and it was clear that the owners take great pride in keeping it well cared for.Overall, everything exceeded our expectations, and our stay went smoothly from start to finish. We would gladly return and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable beach vacation.

We had the absolute best time on our girls trip! The house was perfectly laid out for a group our size and made getting ready so fun and interactive. The hosts were very attentive and very quick to answer any and all questions!My girlfriends had never been to Bald Head Island before and were absolutely mesmerized. We will definitely be coming back!

The hosts are super communicative and very friendly. House is right off of Wynd so perfect location, comes with two golf carts and very easy to get around. Very close to the baldhead Island club and lots of great beach accesses around. Already planning our visit for next year!
