Very nice and bright 3-room vacation apartment, approx. 85 sqm, on the first floor. Exterior shutters.

This vacation apartment is located on the first floor and faces southwest. The beach, the nearest bakery, and the promenade with its numerous cafés, restaurants, and shops are all within a few minutes’ walk.

You’ll feel right at home the moment you step inside the apartment. The entryway is equipped with a coat rack. The first bedroom features a double bed that can be separated into twin beds if needed. External roller shutters darken the room for a peaceful night’s sleep. The second bedroom is furnished with a 180x200 bed, a TV, and a wardrobe. External roller shutters ensure a restful sleep here as well. The brightly decorated shower room features a floor-to-ceiling shower, a hair dryer, and a heated towel rack. The living-dining area is generously sized and, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows facing south and west, is bright and inviting. A large table with comfortable armchairs offers plenty of space. The open kitchen, with its light-colored surfaces, is equipped with high-quality appliances: a stove with an integrated range hood, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer combo, a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, and a milk frother. The living area is comfortably and elegantly furnished. A smart flat-screen TV leaves nothing to be desired. Connect via Bluetooth and listen to your own music—no problem. Even on a rainy day, a Nintendo Switch, complete with several games, invites you to spend some cozy time on the sofa. From the living room, you can step out onto the south- and west-facing terrace. The sun greets guests at noon and in the evening. A large table with four chairs and a comfortable lounge sofa invite you to relax and unwind. The apartment also features a guest restroom.
