Do Not Stay Here even for the Price
The beds, although old, were comfortable and bedding was clean. The beach was within walking distance.
Do not believe the photos for this property, it must have been AI enhanced. After finally gaining access we were marred by significant issues regarding cleanliness and safety and the overall condition of the two conjoining rooms. Floors were dusty and dirty. Floor fans were covered in dust. Refrigerator in one room was not cold (temp control gone) but the freezer worked, so we used the mini-frig where the freezer needed to be defrosted of the huge ice block it had made. The coffee pot was old, leaked and did not produce hot water. Burner on the stove caught fire due to dried food left on the coil. A toilet that was not secured to the floor properly. The entry doors from the inside were filthy, the balconies had bird "booby" traps with bird poop piled in the corners and balcony railing slats were too wide making it unsafe for kids or pets to use. There were no screen doors with the sliding glass doors. Electrical outlets were loose and only one plug-in worked on most of the outlets. In an open space next to one of the bathrooms was used to store the dirtiest cleaning equipment, brooms, mop and dust pans. There was quite a bit more I could list but suffice to say we were hugely disappointed. We didn't have to look for issues they were all in plain sight and we would find one and another would pop up. All we could do was laugh at the absurdity of it all. I did send a detailed list of issues to the property owner before posting this public review and they have, so far only acknowledged receipt of the concerns.
