480 Euro für 4 Nächte für so eine Wohnung absolut nicht angemessen - mehr als enttäuschend!

Die Möbel irgendwie windig, falsch und schief zusammengebaut. Die Sauberkeit lässt leider auch etwas zu wünschen übrig. Scheinbar scheint das Putzpersonal im Haus zu wohnen, die halbe Nacht super laut, dass man kaum schlafen konnte (keine Ahnung was die da oben gemacht haben).

Für den Preis habe ich ein andere Erwartungshaltung…

Der Schnitt der Wohnung ist in Ordnung, sie hat jedenfalls Potential, das Bad im Prinzip nett gemacht.

Wir haben das Appartement „Huberspitz“ für 2 Nächte für 3 Personen gebucht. Die Beschriftungen auf sämtlichen Schlüsseltresoren sind nicht mehr lesbar, da total verblichen. Somit konnten wir uns erst einmal durch 7 Zahlenschlösser durchprobieren, bis wir in die Wohnung kamen. Bei unserer Ankunft war die Schlafcouch bzw. eine sonstige Schlafstätte nicht vorbereitet. Im Schrank entdeckten wir dann Bettwäsche, so das wir die Couch selber herrichten konnten. Die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig: Dunkler Staub auf den Fußleisten, Schimmel an der Duschtrennwand, Schmier im Backofen. Und dann ein verschlissenes Abtrockentuch mit Stockflecken (Schimmel?). Der Tisch: wie aus dem Sperrmüll zusammengebastelt. Der Geschirrschrank ebenfalls verkehrt zusammengebaut. In der Wohnung hängt ein latenter Geruch von altem Zigarettenqualm. Im Wandschrank steht eine alte Matratze, deren genauen Zustand wir uns nicht näher ansehen wollten. Der Schrank war somit nicht nutzbar. Der Türrahmen zum Schlafzimmer wurde offenbar einmal aufgebrochen, ist jedenfalls im Schlossbereich gerissen. Der Perlator im Bad sprotzt vor sich hin, er müsste einfach einmal gereinigt oder entkalkt werden. Die Duschtrennwand ist nur zur Hälfte vorhanden, so das den Badezimmerboden nach einer Dusche trotz aller Vorsicht nass ist. Ein Bodenwischer zum Trocknen? Fehlanzeige. Ebenso ist nicht einmal ein Handfeger, geschweige denn ein Staubsauger vorhanden, mit dem man den Boden hätte abfegen oder saugen können. Der Garten verdient diese Bezeichnung nicht. Es handelt sich vielmehr um einen recht verwilderten Baumbestand. Die Bank zum „verweilen“ ist ein DiY-Selbstbau aus groben Holzbohlen. Die Sitzkissen, die auf der Treppe liegen, sind sehr alt und unansehnlich. Die Wohnung selbst ist vom Grundriss in Ordnung, Bei der Ausstattung wäre es mit einigen wenigen Verbesserungen zu heilen. Für den Preis habe ich ein andere Erwartungshaltung…

Für uns war es leider nicht so abgenehm, wie erhofft.

Nach einer Campingreise war es schön, in ein Apartment zu kommen. Es gibt in der Nähe tolle Angel Möglichkeiten die man über eine Gastkarte erhält.

Wir hatten angegeben, dass wir mit zwei Kindern kommen, da hätte ich erwartet, dass wir für jede Person ein Handtuch haben und auch Bettzeug. Leider war es nur für zwei Personen vorhanden, so dass wir unsere Schlafsäcke nutzen mussten. Als Empfehlung von uns würden wir der Unterkunft ein Handtuch zum abwaschen vorschlagen, da uns dieses ebenfalls gefehlt hat. Nach dem Essen mit zwei Kindern wäre es auch schön gewesen, einmal zu fegen oder zu saugen. Vielleicht wäre es möglich, für die anderen Gäste so etwas zur Verfügung zu stellen. Uns ist sehr viel Staub in den Ecken aufgefallen und wir hatten im Wohn und Badezimmer auch noch Haare vom Vorgänger auf dem Boden. Auf dem Nachtisch lagen viele tote Fliegen.. hier hätten wir einfach gerne selber einmal gesaugt. Eine Gartennutzung ist nicht möglich gewesen, da diese komplett zu gewuchert ist.
