Clean modern apartment in an excellent location

Smelly, uncomfortable and not worth the money.

The location was great and security at the property was good.

The room absolutely stank. We were placed in another room temporarily on arrival because the room we had booked had apparently had a water leak. After 7 days we were moved to our original room which smelled damp, mouldy and musty. We tried everything to get rid of the smell - balcony door open and closed, air conditioner on and off, internal doors open and closed. We spent over 1000 Baht on air fresheners, and drain cleaner but nothing could get rid of the smell. Two days in I had to contact the host to tell them that the toaster in the room didn't work and that neither television was working. It took a day to get a response and in the mean time the water started leaking from the pipes under the kitchen sink. When I messaged about that I got no response but the person that turned up to deliver the replacement toaster spent an hour getting the water leak fixed. About 6 hours later I finally got a response from the host trying to organise a time to come and fix the leak. The bed was like a slab of concrete, with one threadbare sheet on it and there were just 2 smelly old pillows in the condo. We purchased sheets and pillows as well as a mattress topper in order to be able to sleep. The TV in the bedroom had no power cord nor antenna cable. The TV in the Living room had no antenna cable nor any sort of decoder box so while it could be turned on, it couldn't receive anything. The couch was a few years old but instead of replacing it when it was damaged, the owner has "patched" it with large sections of stick-on plastic/leather which is uncomfortable, peels off regularly and sticks to you when you sit down. A week after arriving the second toaster shorted out and tripped the power - it took 3 days to get a replacement. When you make your booking, ensure that the price listed is "all-inclusive" as the host attempted to make us pay extra for power usage - a common grift apparently.

Issues with low water pressure, wi-fi very poor with no wi-fi for 4 days of the 7 days, I booked, limited kitchen equipment.

Representative friendly and helpful, not her fault but the room was not ready so had change of room twice,

Room a little tired, we had a downpour one evening and the roof /ceiling leaked not the first time. mattress has a spring poking out lack of glasses for juice and beer drinking freezer door needs adjusting and the washing machine requires attention as the banging it makes suggests a detached spring .
