地下鉄の近くにあり、交通の便が良い。
冷蔵庫が臭い。 そして空港へ行く前にキャンセルされ、その1分後にすぐ連絡したが、なんのこと？みたいに惚けるオペレーター、そして最終的に管理層にエスカレートしたけど、管理層が極めて傲慢です。ホテル側のミスであることを気づくまで、家族を連れて空港まで移動しなから、搭乗まで数時間にかけ数回異議を申し立てて、最終的に法律手段取ると主張したら、管理層がやっと自分のミス認めた。部屋をもう一度予約してれくれたものの、自分のミスに対して謝っただけ他の補償がない。水やコーヒーなど元々部屋においてあるものもなく、元々予約してあるので、部屋から持ち出す時間があるけど、元に戻す時間がないということでした。
