If I could give a 0, that would be perfect.

Location is good for peaceful stay but we didn’t experience that.

Where to begin?! A huge disappointment – complete lack of professionalism and disrespect for guests If I could give a 0 rating, it would be fully deserved. We booked a 3-night stay with our baby, who is not even three months old yet, hoping for a peaceful and quiet getaway. It was also her very first mini-trip outside the city, and we wanted to mark the occasion at a nice place. We genuinely liked this accommodation because of the positive reviews left by other guests. I was in direct contact with the owner, and at no point did it cross his mind to mention that a wedding was being held at the property during our stay. He neither informed us about it nor gave us the option to change our dates or cancel the booking. In addition to breakfast, we had arranged in advance to have all three daily meals there. However, on our very first afternoon, we were provided with neither lunch nor dinner – naturally, due to the wedding preparations. Instead of a relaxing break, we arrived only to find out there would be noise and construction work. On the second day, the work started, repeatedly waking up and distressing our baby. Due to utter unprofessionalism, manipulation of the situation and information he had and choosing not to tell me anything, and the overwhelming feeling that we were unwelcome, we packed our bags and left after just 24 hours. Anyone with young children knows how exhausting it is to organize everything and hit the road. Instead of a break, we were left with nothing but fatigue, resentment, wasted annual leave, and thrown-away money that could have been spent elsewhere. Key information was deliberately concealed just to take our money at any cost. A disgrace for a property with supposedly great reviews – avoid them at all costs. Shame on you for taking advantage of us.

Moja topla preporuka!
