There is a nice parking lot nearby but make reservations online or else it will be expensive.

LAMENTABLE

LAMENTABLE la actitud del dueño/a del alojamiento, lo único la paciencia del intermediario que me atendió

LAMENTABLE, escribí un mensaje 20 días antes de llegar al alojamiento para informar de mi propósito de nuestras vacaciones, viaje familiar para descansar unos días. Cuando llegamos, nos encontramos a escasos 50 metros del alojamiento un escenario de un festival de música (Acustica 2026) con conciertos que EMPEZABAN a las 2 de la mañana los mismos días de nuestras vacaciones, Declinamos quedarnos, porque iba a ser IMPOSIBLE DESCANSAR. En su descripción indican CLARAMENTE que es un sitio para DESCANSAR y TRANQUILO, y no lo era, eso es incumplimiento de lo pactado. E iba a ser imposible dormir hasta altas horas. He solicitado la devolución varias veces a la propiedad, menos un porcentaje que entiendo que se tendrían que quedar, por el tiempo de la persona que nos atendió y se han negado todas las veces argumentando siempre lo mismo que no se puede cancelar el día de la llegada. Ni lo usamos ni íbamos a poder descansar, ni cancelamos y se lo expliqué y siguen con la misma. Se han quedado con mi dinero sin usar ni un minuto el alojamiento, de una familia a la que le han fastidiado las vacaciones. Luego tuvimos que buscar otro alojamiento que no fue tarea sencilla. Falta de empatía, sólo ven el negocio por el negocio. Detrás de un alojamiento se atiende a personas pero sólo ven dinero. A Booking, les he mandado evidencias del festival de las conversaciones, la ubicación etc... y estoy en proceso de ver si finalmente deciden bloquear temporalmente este alojamiento por mala praxis . La propiedad se escuda en lo mismo con mensajes que parecen sacados de ChatGPT. Si ofreces un servicio en unas condiciones y no las cumples tienes que respetar esas condiciones que ofreces y si no resolver el problema No voy a querer perder casi 500€ por gusto. En PAYPAL, VISA y la OCU me dan la razón. A ver hasta dónde podemos llegar con esto porque es LAMENTABLE que se trate a la gente así. NO VAYÁIS NADIE EN ACUSTICA 2027 a no ser que os vaya la fiesta :-((

Localisation parfaite au cœur de la ville, 5 minutes à pied du supermarché et toutes les petits commerces. L’appartement a été propre et confortable, surtout avec la climatisation. Nous avons été bien accueillis par le propriétaire qui était prêt à nous aider dans ce dont nous avons besoin.

On étais au quatrième étage, c’était un peu compliqué avec ma mère. Et pour ce gare ce n’était pas évident.

La ubicació i la neteja. L'amfitrió, correcte.

Molt just d'equipament. A la cuina només hi havia una olla, un cassó i una paella. Quatre plats, gots i coberts comptats. No hi havia tasses, per exemple. Hi havia un fregall de cuina, però estava utilitzat. Ni un drap de cuina.
