Easy walking distance to the city centre and castle. Local shops and pubs nearby.
The apartment is built above a garage at the back of a terrace, but is private and we didn’t hear any neighbour noises. Managed to park right outside and there were always parks available.
There was a washing machine near the front door which was really useful.
The bed was OK but was quite low to accommodate the sloping ceilings.
The key was tethered to the lock box so you didn’t have to take it with you during the day.
The bedroom was pretty large and nicely decorated.
Also only about 20-25 mins drive from Heathrow so handy if you don’t want to stay in London after a long flight.
The shower was small and we all banged our heads on the sloping ceiling in the bathroom.
As in all properties there is never enough hanging space in the bathroom! Or rest of the house.
There was no freezer in the fridge
Just a heads up that the staircase to the unit is quite steep if you have heavy bags.

I like the fact the key is on a key chain so you’ll never be locked out
