Location

The apartment was dirty, the two pans provided for cooking were not compatible with the induction cooking so could not use, no oven pans provided so could not use oven easily, bathroom lightbulbs malfunction, no curtain on huge living area windows so zero privacy from the street, living area furniture was stained and not comfortable at all, electronic lock was not working so had to use a physical key to access apartment, construction noise in the building woke us up several early mornings during our stay, and no cleaning supplies provided to clean up. Was definitely very disappointed and our vacation was not great for all of these problems.

Perfect

We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-secured. The location is excellent, with everything you need conveniently nearby. The rooftop area is amazing, offering great views, and it is very convenient that guests can also do their laundry there. it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The only improvement I would suggest is adding more cooking utensils and kitchenware for guests who prefer to prepare their own meals. It would also be helpful to provide a few extra towels.

Worst stay in São Paulo

the location was good, close to metro station, the copan and good restaurants.

We had a really bad experience. I had stayed with Tabas before and it was decent (we also had some small frustrations the first time but nothing major), so we booked two apartments for 8 people, but things went wrong from the start. When we arrived, one apartment had no power therefore we had no lights, no shower, no air conditioning. We tried contacting support and it took almost 3 hours for them to give us a solution. They moved us to another apartment, but it was terribly dirty — no bed sheets, used towels on the beds, and even cockroaches walking in the bed stand. Since it was already 1:30AM, we went back to the original apartment without power just to sleep. They said a technician would come at 9AM the next day (as we needed to work), but no one showed up, even after my tons of messages asking for a status and where the technician was. At around noon they finally reassigned us to another apartment that was going to be ready later in the day. We also had multiple issues with access — our face recognition and door codes kept not working, so we had to keep contacting them to fix it. At one point they asked us to re-fill our guest information and send new photos so they could re-enter our info in their system and anyways it didn't work. Two days in a row, someone knocked on our door at 9AM telling us to check out, even though we still had other nights booked. (p.s. the check out was supposedly at 11AM). Overall, it was a very frustrating stay with constant issues throughout. I would never stay in any of their apartments, their customer service is terrible and the apartments are filthy.

A localização é o melhor do espaço, apesar de já ter ficado em outro prédio da TABAS, gostei mais desse. Adorei o quarto, a xana, o guarda roupa amplo e o espaço multifuncional no último andar (pena que só descobri no penúltimo dia de hospedagem).

Tudo muito bom, só achei que demorou para liberarem minha entrada. Das outras vezes que fiquei no TABAS liberaram com até duas horas de antecedência. Porém, nada que atrapalhasse a experiência.

A localização e o tamanho do espaço. As comodidades como fogão, geladeira e utensílios foram boas. O edifício tem áreas comuns com espaço para homeoffice e/ou um drinque. Fui meio desconfiado porque havia muitos comentários sobre falta de dedetização, no entanto, não tive nenhum problema em relação a presença de insetos.
