Armpit of the property!!

I liked that it had a lot of products that you would need like dish dishwashing soap or detergent, et cetera I like that there was a grocery store next to the place and it was good that we could access things we needed easily.

This unit is in the armpit of the entire complex. Do you like to wake up every morning to garbage trucks or 18 wheeler delivery? Hydraulic ramps slamming on the ground? How about any type of beeping noise for a delivery? This is the entirety of the operations of the place so you’re not really relaxing. You’re getting the entire back of a grocery store back of a commercial unit noise all through throughout the day. Moreover our perfect stays who manages this is absolutely obsessive about telling you how if you get any type of stain or ruin the linen or the towels you will be responsible. You’re gonna get about 15 messages that are gonna say this moreover there are no channels at work and you’re gonna get a $200 fee in addition to an $80 fee for any liability so guess what that line that they are talking about is already been covered so I don’t know if they want double charge you or with the intent of saying it 15 times to you is but I’ll tell you something. It makes a very lousy experience More so the shower curtain had mould on it and the bathtub was dirty. The floor was sticky in the bathroom in all fairness when I told the management company they sent someone out and had it replaced immediately like they should I mean if you’re gonna obsessively talk about liabilities and cleanliness then at least deliver the same level of product to the consumer. I’m definitely gonna file a complaint because I feel as though that the fees associated with this property are astronomical and are not provided in terms of service in other words. It’s a lot of skimming off the top and a lot of unnecessary charges that are not legitimate. Finally, I would say that as an overall feeling you’re not accepted by the resort as a guest you looked at as an imposition. That said I don’t feel it’s really a valuable deal. I would look somewhere else. Also you really have to like the vibe of middle America meets timeshare because the place is just packed.

Maui no ka oi

Location was good.I have stayed in many locations on Maui for over 40 years and this Location just adds another bright spot to my Maui adventures.

There wasn't anything I didn't like except not being able to stay longer.

Location was good.I have stayed in many locations on Maui for over 40 years and this Location just adds another bright spot to my Maui adventures.

There wasn't anything I didn't like except not being able to stay longer.
