Everything was exceptionally clean and bed very comfortable. Good sized towels, room service restocked daily and they did a great job making everything look tidy again. Did not like having to pay for parking. Free parking would have been great, especially if booked for a longer stay. The car park had so much room and not being utilised. Parked on road which was free overnight. Concierge service was exceptional helping take bags from car and to the room.
Only thing that could be improved on would be a better-quality hairdryer as the one provided was substandard.

The laundry was a welcome surprise when we found it tucked away in the bathroom, especially after travelling for 10 days.
Location was very convenient to walk downtown
No ice in the freezer! No cooktop was a surprise and we had to rethink our dinner plans
