About this house rental
The Roman vacation home is located about a 6-minute walk from the valley station and the center of Hinterstoder. The view of the mountains in the Pyhrn-Priel region is beautiful, and the location is unique. The house is idyllically situated by the river and is surrounded by a large forest and approximately 6,000 square meters of land. The building offers approximately 160 square meters of living space and was renovated in 2017!
A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. In addition, the ski bus runs several times a day to both the Wurzeralm in Spital am Pyhrn and the Höss in Hinterstoder, ensuring an effortless trip to the slopes. In the summer, you can enjoy the natural swimming lakes and the nearby outdoor pool, as well as a variety of beautiful hikes and bike rides. In the winter, cross-country ski trails and a toboggan run begin near the house. In addition, the aerial cableway station for the beautiful Höss ski area is just 800 meters away.
Free parking is available right at the entrance to the property (for about 3–4 cars).
A cozy farmhouse parlor with a tiled stove invites you to relax. A fully equipped kitchen, a TV, as well as bed linens and towels are provided in the accommodation.

The vacation home features a cozy farmhouse living room with a tiled stove, a spacious, fully equipped kitchen (freezer, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, kitchen appliances, dishes, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine), a living room (with a pull-out couch for two people) and a flat-screen TV, 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 180x200, 1 double bed 120x200, and 1 room with 2 single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed), a terrace, and a balcony with mountain views.
On-site fees: Check-in: 4:00 p.m. Check-out: 10:00 a.m. Other times can be arranged upon request!
