My kids loved it and they loved swimming in the pool

The location and the facility of the pool

I had trouble finding where to collect the key but after some extra help I was able to find it

3 / 10

Very disappointing. This apartment has the potential to be lovely in a great location, but totally let down by the appal

Location was great, beds were comfortable enough

PLACE IS FILTHY: the carpet looks like a crime scene with spills across every room, living room rug is filthy & needs replacing, grimy floor tiles look & feel like they’ve never been mopped clean. Walls dirty and scuffed. The LOCK on the balcony door has been completely removed, critical SECURITY & SAFETY ISSUE is unacceptable. KITCHEN: no lights, it’s been removed from under the cupboards. No sink plug, broken and missing, we were trying to wash up in a tiny saucepan. Cupboards damaged & hanging under dishwasher. Broken & chipped mugs & plates. Frying pan damaged, handle broken/loose & dangerous. SHOWER hose bracket broken so difficulty showering

Great location , great value for money and staff were always available when called .

The location was great

Not a lot of lighting

9 / 10

Overall location was great, apartment was clean and tidy.

There was a bit of a mix up regarding keys to the Carpark etc, the carpark keys were not with the apartment keys at the pickup reception. We got there in the end. Hosts were helpful.

Carpark keys needed to be left with apartment keys. It wasted a lot of time trying to get into the carpark and apartment. There was no milk or sugar and limited tea and coffee available, we had to buy our own.

Close to the city centre

The bed linen wasn’t cleaned on arrival. Not enough supply for toilet tissues.
