Great experience

Overall great experience, there is a lot of activities you can do at the location which is amazing, you dont need to go anywhere 😃

The location provides all the facilities so your can make your food etc, but perhaps that waa not much clear for us so we have not used that (kitchen etc)

Terminou de estragar meu dia

Boa noite. Direto aos fatos! Não iria fazer reclamação, mas por orientação jurídica, as resposta do senhor Leonardo, estavam irônicas! Reclamação: Eu e minha esposa, tivemos problemas com a moto no Rastro da Serpente e o celular deu erros de software, aplicativos maliciosos ou falha na bateria. Enfim, estava sem contato. Um passeio pasta chegar as 16hrs, fui chegar depois das 19hrs. Bom, depois das 21h30 de tanto mexer celular voltou. Aí observei uma mensagem fora dos meus contatos. Era o responsável pelo chalé. Mas, antes com toda dificuldade de achar o local, em uma rua não asfaltada, sem luz e perguntar para várias pessoas se conheciam o chalé, ninguém conhecia, ficamos em um lugar perigoso. Conseguimos achar, após parar de portão e portão e iluminar com a luz da moto. Portão aberto sem segurança. Arriscamos e subimos com a moto por uma estradinha ruim. Chegamos em um espaço, parecendo uma cozinha, tinha luz de presença. Obs. Ainda sem celular! Gritamos, chamamos e ficamos inseguros em ficar ali, sem porteiro, sem segurança e até então sem informação. Íamos embora, no portão da saída a vizinha, muito solista veio conversar, explicamos a situação. A mesma tentou entrar em contato, acho que com o responsável, ninguém atendeu e não responderam o recado do WhatsApp. Ainda sem celular e sem informação. Decidimos ir procurar uma pousada. Encontramos uma na estrada, muito simples mas, acolhedora e olha que incrível com café da manhã por R$ 180,00. Novamente, por volta das 21h30, ouvi as mensagens do responsável do chalé. Explicando por vídeo, que havia deixado a chave na cozinha com luz acessa e que o chalé está tb com a luz a essa, infelizmente só enxergamos uma noite linda e muito escura. Finalizando, o responsável pediu pra entrarmos com uma reclamação, ele iria se defender. Bom estou solicitando o cancelamento do pagamento via cartão de crédito ou alguma solução menos penosa e estressante. Obrigado pelo tempo . Fernando Cesar Pena.

Estrutura. Limpeza e organização. Atendimento. O chalé do Rio é bom, mas o Arapongas é melhor.

Manutenção de alguns pontos nas trilhas: alguns problemas com galhos e placas de sinalização. Em geral, não há o que não tenhamos gostado.

Lugar rústico, muito aconchegante e acolhedor. Contato com a natureza, vista deslumbrante do mirante. O funcionário Reinaldo e sua esposa Vania foram muito solícitos e atenciosos.
