The host communicated excellently before the stay with info pack and code - Gaining access was easy, no issues at all. The property is a great homely size, in lovely condition, tidy and very well provided for with blankets, books, DVDs, great kitchen assortment, towels etc. The host even gave a bottle of wine, milk and cakes which was a lovely touch. Excellent location in Chester, being just 5/10 mins walk out of the main city centre and quiet at night for sleep. Couldn't really fault it and will aim to use this property next time we come to Chester.
No issues at all really!

Locatie was prima, rustige omgeving.
Supermarktjes in de buurt.
Keuken goed ingericht, alles wat je nodig zou kunnen hebben aanwezig.
Kleine buitenplaats, erg fijn.
Schoonmaakdoekjes etc aanwezig!

The house was spotlessly clean and well equipped. It is in a great location, just a short walk to the town centre. There are great amenities close by including 2 grocery, corner shops plus some takeaways if you want to eat at home. Hayley was brilliant to deal with. She was quick to respond to any questions we had. Also, there are lovely welcome touches like some small cakes, a bottle of wine and milk in the fridge on arrival, plus lots of tea, coffee in the cupboard. I would highly recommend staying here.
The mattress in my room was not as firm as I am used to; this is just personal preference and should not put you off staying there.
