The property was on a very easily accessible location. It was very near the train station and we managed to walk to it with our luggage without requiring a bus, there are several buses that go there via the train station as well, which is very convenient for anyone that does not wish to do so.
The host was very polite and helpful, they answered all our questions regardless of the time that we had written them and they were very accommodating to any requests that we made, they made the experience really pleasant.
The house is spacious, it has two toilets and a bathroom. There is also a balcony. It gives a very good, traditional vibe and would add to your experience in the country.
There is everything provided: towels, toothbrushes, mini toothpastes and shampoo, body shampoo and hair conditioner.
There are many nice restaurants near the accommodation, there is also two family mart stores nearby and 10 - 12 minutes walk to 7 eleven.
Overall it was a very pleasant experience.
Note: The two bedrooms are adjacent to one another.
Important to know for anyone that is not aware of Kyoto, by law the city requires an accommodation tax which is a percentage of the total amount you pay for your stay, so it is a varying sum.
There was only one thing, as the bathroom has a bathtub, which is also the place on which you need to step to shower, sometimes the drain gets clogged but it did not affect our stay nor experience and if you message the house owners they would find a way to sort the issue out.

Check in war problemlos und sehr flexibel. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und ruhig. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit!

The villa was very spacious and as described in the listing . Very clean and comfortable. Good location , short walk to bus stop and only a few stops Tokyo station . Communication with the owners was prompt and clear. Our family of five had a very pleasant stay . Would definitely recommend for families or groups .
Only small negative was walk to nearest train station was about 15 mins, and nearest convenience stores about 10-15 min also. Both minor and didn’t impact our stay
