De locatie was echt top! Het is een heel groot appartement. Je kunt alles afsluiten met rolluiken. De eigenaresse was aardig en bood zelfs aan de auto elders te parkeren (waar we helaas geen gebruik van hebben gemaakt).
De hygiëne. Het appartement oogt op de foto's en ook in eerste opzicht netjes. Wanneer je beter kijkt naar de plinten, op, achter en in de kastjes en naar andere meubels in het huis dan is veel vervuild en oud. Daar zou je meer van mogen verwachten en is echt een tip om te vernieuwen/beter te onderhouden. Ander voorbeeld is kapotte stekkerdozen die met bedrading en al uit de muur hangen. Iets waar het appartement en/of de eigenaresse niets aan kunnen doen is parkeren. Kijk uit voor de betaalde parkeerplaats naast de deur! Ze vragen enorm hoge tarieven voor langparkeren.

Excellent location, right in the city centre, 10 min walk to the old town, 3 mins to the nearest beach. 1 min walk to the nearest supermarket. 10 mins walk to the main bus station. The apartment was exceptionally clean, newly renovated bathroom. Big kitchen with a lovely big table and enough space to have a proper family dinner. Comfortable beds and lots of storage, balcony with facilities for drying clothes and a big patio with table, chairs and barbecue. Very friendly English speaking host.
