For us, this felt much more like a hostel-level experience than a penthouse apartment, and the price was simply not just

* Central location * A shop conveniently located next to the apartments

We arrived at the apartment and were immediately shocked by the overall condition. We were a family of two adults and one five-year-old child. First of all, the toilet is located inside the bedroom. This is particularly inconvenient if you are travelling with another couple or friends, as anyone needing to use the toilet would have to enter your bedroom. Our apartment was located on the fourth floor, with no elevator. This is important to consider if you are travelling with a stroller, have mobility issues, or are elderly. Even reaching the first floor requires using stairs, and there is absolutely no accessibility for wheelchair users. The sofa that was supposedly intended for our child to sleep on was in an unacceptable condition. It was extremely dirty and looked as though it had not been properly cleaned for a long time. Once unfolded, it was not suitable for sleeping on at all. As a result, all three of us had to sleep in the same bed for the entire stay, which was obviously very uncomfortable. The bathroom also had a broken electrical switch. As we were travelling with a five-year-old child, this was particularly concerning. Having a damaged electrical switch in a wet bathroom raises obvious safety concerns. The floors were dirty, and the shower drain was blocked, causing water to accumulate in the shower cabin. There was also a strange and unpleasant smell in the apartment from the moment we arrived, and we were unable to get rid of it despite trying to air the apartment throughout our stay. The towels also had a very unpleasant smell. Whether this was due to their age or the cleaning products used, I cannot say, but after washing our hair, the smell from the towels remained in our hair for the rest of the day. The host contacted us and asked how our first night had been, so we honestly explained all of these issues. Their response was to offer to come and clean the floors. This was surprising.

Great location, all in all good value for money

The location is great, we could even see some of the processions from the balcony. Lots of restaurants and sights close by. Support staff was responsive and quick.

The sofa bed in the living room is stained and its mattress is thin and worn out, you can feel the structure of the sofa while lying on it. Was hardly bearable for my kids, would have been unsuitable for adults.

7 / 10

Minor cons but overall fit our needs very well

The location was perfect for getting to places easily and not far from the train station. The space felt open even though it was a studio and there was plenty of equipment in the kitchen to use. The bed was very comfortable and the shower pressure was great! The host was very kind and making sure to check in on us throughout our stay to see if we needed anything.

The floors felt like they could use a deep clean and the pillows were really flat and worn. You could also hear the neighbors as though they were in the room with you, but I think that was more so due to the structure of the building.

Would be nice to have some coffee and tea provided but not an issue, everything was great

Świetna lokalizacja. Blisko wszystkich atrakcji. Okiennice szczelnie zaciemniające i wygłuszające.

Kanapa w pokoju dziennym niewygodna. Mieszkanie idealne dla 2 osób, dla 4 osób dorosłych trochę ciasno. Brak szafy. Brak również minimum artykułów w kuchni typu herbata, kawa czy cukier.

Location was excellent , in the heart of the city. For the city trip optumal, not for summer vacation

Appartment is on the second floor spiral , narrow staircase, no elevator. Wasn't mentioned. If you have big luggage very inconvenient. Appartement is actually one large room. It is equipped only for one night stay. No wardrobe, no cups, plastic spoons, in bathroom no small carpet or towel to stand on after showering , etc. in cupboards only plates and two glasses. We are renting ourselves so we know what the apartment should offer.
