The house has great facilities, everything you need is provided. Cosy and good amount of space. The hosts were very communicative and helpful where needed. Great place if you want to explore a quieter suburban way of living in Tokyo (not the tourist areas at all) . Only 1 train ride to Skytree with a train station 1 minute away so total 6 minutes was excellent for us. Everything was new, and fresh and comfortable. Cafe sucre 1 minute walk away made beautiful coffee and a shop/grocery store across the road helped alot. Mcdonalds on the corner for any kids which helped also.
The stairs are killer, its 3 flights of stairs to your living quarters then you need to leave the apartment into the hallway and go up another flight of stairs for the bedrooms which isnt ideal for small kids or someone with mobility issues. Dragging a full families suitcases up and down was very difficult. There are alot of signs in the house telling us not to disturb the neighbours and the check in book had what felt like soo many rules which is okay for someone's home but being first timers to Tokyo it makes you feel a bit anxious while learning the life there and maybe came across as if guests aren't really welcome there. 5pm check in is not an ideal check in time. It must be located near a hospital as you here sirens so frequently that is incredibly loud so there must not be much sound proofing in the house.
