We rent our house located in an exceptional wooded setting. It is located north-west of Nantes, in the Cens valley, 7 km from the centre of Nantes and 1.5 km from the town of Orvault with all shops (market on Sunday mornings). The beaches of La Baule are 40 minutes away by car. 3 golf courses are less than 20 minutes away. The house is surrounded by a large garden, itself surrounded by woods and horse and cattle grassland. Not overlooked. On the west side, a large wooden terrace with swimming pool (10m x 5m, heated, secured by an alarm), garden furniture (chairs, tables, deckchairs, parasols).
On the first floor: entrance, toilet, large living room with living room, dining room and equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom for 2 people with shower room and toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom for 2 people with bathroom, 1 bedroom for 2 people (2 single beds), 1 shower room and 1 toilet. Mandatory cleaning fee in addition 100 euros. Ideal for a family of up to 6 people or for 3 couples. Parties and receptions not allowed.
