The apartment is located on a hill at the entrance to Gaeta; from its large panoramic terrace, you can see the entire gulf all the way to Mount Vesuvius and the island of Ischia. Far from the noise of the city and the nightlife. A spacious garden with maritime pines completes the grounds of the residential complex. Situated at the beginning of the city section of Via Flacca, the apartment offers quick access to Gaeta’s most exclusive beaches.

The big selling point here is the big balcony with gorgeous view of the harbor. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The property was modern, clean, and situated in a quiet residential location. Shops and restaurants were 10 min walk downhill. The walk back uphill can be strenuous if you're not in decent physical shape. Communication with the property manager was good. The only issue I had, which was minor, was that the front door was difficult to open.

The apartment is new and in very good condition. It was also thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. The view from the balcony is awesome. The apartment complex and neighborhood are very nice and quiet. The apartment is outside the beach area and tourist center, so having a car or scooter is good.
