The city center is 6 minutes away and the international market of Dantokpa is 14 minutes away by car.

Fidjrossè is a district located in the west of the city of Cotonou, neighboring the Agla district. It is one of the most beautiful and wealthy districts of the city. Located 2 km from the city center, due to its magnificent beach 🏝️, its restaurants and its proximity to Ouidah and other cities with a strong tourist character, it is the perfect place to discover Cotonou and Benin.

The accommodations are well equipped and fully air-conditioned. Ceiling fans and pedestal fans are also available for those who cannot stand air conditioning.

For those who would like to arrive a little early, it is possible.
You must notify us at least 2 days in advance! This will be subject to analysis and depending on how long it will take us to prepare the accommodation if it is vacated on the same day by other guests.

Note:

* Electricity costs are included in the price of the reservation based on normal and reasonable consumption of the accommodation.

On arrival, an electricity meter reading will be taken in your presence. A second reading will be taken on departure to determine the total consumption of the stay.

We will cover the cost of electricity for reasonable use of the equipment. However, if the consumption exceeds the amount provided and included in the price of your stay, the excess costs will be borne by the traveller and must be paid before departure.

As air conditioning is the most energy-intensive equipment in the home, we invite you to use it responsibly.
