Come stay and enjoy the coveted Wonderland Lake neighborhood by Foothills Community Park, Lucky's Market, NoBo Arts District, and a quick 5 min drive or bus to downtown Pearl Street. This 4 bedroom home is perfect for families with a good sized back yard, outdoor living space, basement movie room, and quick access to playgrounds, parks and trails. All can enjoy the quick access to all of the best parts of Boulder. You can hop onto the Skip bus for a quick ride to Pearl Street, or just walk 5 min north to the NoBo neighborhood with art galleries, shops and restaurants. The trails right out the door go north to Boulder Reservoir and south to Chautauqua Park! Right here in Foothills Community park you will see colorful paragliders almost everyday enjoying the breeze and large open areas for landing. The privacy and comfort of the back yard provides a break from the bustle of a busy city, and yet, when you are ready to get back out there, you are close to it all.

Great stay in Boulder (10 out of 10!) in this beautiful garden home. The home was well appointed, sparkling clean and the hosts were available at every moment. The hosts were very responsive, kind and wonderful to work with. Don’t forget to water the plants! We had lovely Zinnia bouquets and even had a few tomatoes to eat. There’s lots of bunny rabbits, and the yard is full of gorgeous oak trees. I would love to stay there again and would recommend anyone to stay at this beautiful home. Thank you to the wonderful hosts.

The house worked great for us. The 4 sleeping areas were perfect, having an outdoor seating area was great, and the location worked super well to get to all the activities we were participating in at the University. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.
