The lobby is pretty and the fish tank is cool. It was surprisingly very quiet at night, which was great.
No elevator is pretty inconvenient. The full-sized fridge in the room was weird. The vibe of the place was also very odd - there were stickers on some of the doors, kind of like in a dorm. It seemed like maybe people live there?
The woman at the front desk was the worst. She wasn't there when we arrived. We had to ring the bell and her response wasn't quick. She used some kind of ring camera to talk to us and was very unprofessional. She asked what we needed... and I said we needed to check in. She said it would be a few minutes and she'd be up. When she finally arrived, she was disheveled, not wearing anything resembling hotel staff/professional attire, was wheezing like crazy, didn't ask how we were, didn't seem friendly; in fact, it seemed like she was put off by our existence. When I asked if our room was right by the lobby she immediately became even testier with me, her countenance degraded even further, and her tone became obviously sharper and nastier, "Well, I can't give you anything else." Hands down the worst Front Desk experience I've ever had.
