Nice modern apartment, very comfortable for 6 people. Very spacious apartment with all ammenities. Nikola welcomed us when we arrived to hand us the keys and show us around. They had even baked a cake for us, that was a nice welcome. Nikola was always available to answer my questions via phone.
The apartment has parking place and it is well located, just 7-8 minutes from Lapad Bay. There were some restaurants and supermarkets nearby. We took Uber to Dubrovnik 2-3 times which cost around 15 euros.
Nothing really, the apartment had all we were looking for. We all agreed it was the best choice for our stay in Lapad.

I can’t say enough good things about Apartment Nea, Niko and his family! They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and literally saved us in a last minute situation with transportation.
The apartment itself is lovely and super comfortable, with great views all around. The location is very convenient, close to the bus stop and in a quiet neighborhood in Lapad. We loved everything about our stay, and as everyone mentioned, we can’t forget about the delicious welcome cake from Niko’s mom! Highly recommend this place!
Nothing at all.

We have just returned from a wonderful week at Apartment Nea. The location in Lapad was perfect for us. 5 minutes to the beach. Bus stop at end of the road and the bus into the old town took about 10 minutes. Close to some lovely restaurants and small supermarket. Niko and his mum are really lovely and close by if we needed anything. The apartment is well equipped and modern and in a quiet safe residential area. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Dubrovnik.
