La ubicación.
La limpieza en general. Agua caliente también.
La poca comunicación con el tema de hacer check in y check out. Especialmente el check out, un tío bastante desagradable.
Las toallas no eran muy buenas.

Super, przesympatyczny właściciel, mieszkanie w porządku, dogodna lokalizacja. Z odebraniem kluczy również nie było problemu :)

The location was excellent, very convenient and close to everything
The towels and bed linen seemed a little old, and the apartment could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly. We also noticed that the wall behind the armchair was slightly crumbling, and the shower gel had not been fully refilled. These are just small things that could be improved to make the stay even more comfortable

The location was convenient and probably the best thing about the property.
The staff were not particularly friendly, but the biggest issue was the cleanliness. The towels were grey instead of white and smelled unpleasant, the pillows were filled with strange lumps of material, and the bed linen was worn, torn, and didn't feel fresh. The pillowcases were too large for the pillows, and the living room sofa had unpleasant stains.
The keys had to be collected from a different location, and the hostel entrance was locked. We had to wait outside until the reception staff were available to let us in.
