The stars.
10am checkout. There's a fireplace but no wood. nowhere to put your suitcases. Tiny room. no coffee in the room and the 'commons' was closed.

Wspaniały, nowoczesny domek na odludziu. Najpiękniejsze gwiaździste niebo. Blisko do Wielkiego Kanionu.
Szkoda, że w domku nie było suszarki do włosów.

If you love adventure but still clean and private, you get this one.
The road was a bit challenging to reach .. just got used to it by the time.

- The scenery and views surrounding the property were beautiful.
- Even though there are several cabins on the property, the accommodation felt private. Cabins are arranged so that you get uninterrupted views of nature.
- With a 4x4 it is a short drive to a nearby store with basic food items.
- The fire in the living room was cozy and wood was provided.
We did a USA road trip hitting many of the well-known tourist spots (San Fran, Yosemite, Zion, etc). Comparatively this accommodation was more expensive than others we stayed in but fell short. The cabins were clearly constructed with a style over substance approach and were missing many of the practical/thoughtful details that make a stay comfortable:
- The curtains are flimsy and don’t come close to properly covering the floor to ceiling glass windows, meaning the cabin isn’t well insulated.
- The door in the living area leaked when it rained and some of our things got wet.
- The internet was really poor. The first night it barely worked. We could have used this opportunity to read, however;
- There are no lamps, night lights or dimmers at all, meaning you have to leave the bright overhead lights on all night.
- The kitchen had only the most basic utensils, making it difficult to cook even simple meals. Given there is a lack of dining options in the area, this seemed poorly thought through.
- The bathroom door is glass with a sheer curtain covering it, offering little privacy.
- The bathroom bin did not have a lid - not great if you use sanitary products.
- The shower screen was not properly sealed so water leaked and pooled onto the floor.
