never ever again!!

Disappointing stay – not as shown and not suitable for children I had a very disappointing experience during my recent stay at this property. The host was slow to respond — I only received a message about replacing the kettle 48 hours later, saying it would be done the following day, which never happened. The photos online make the place look much more spacious than it really is. In reality, it’s very small and not suitable for children. The access to the top floor (where the bed and toilet are) is awkward and quite hazardous — I bumped my head several times on the low ceiling. The bathroom tiles were loose and uneven, and I even got my foot pinched in one of the gaps. The kettle had thick black residue inside, and the cutlery and plates were greasy and not properly cleaned. There was also no dishwashing liquid or hand soap provided, so I had to buy my own. The paint was peeling off the walls, and overall the apartment felt like a converted space rather than a purpose-built one. It didn’t feel well maintained. The unit is also below ground level, so you can hear and feel vibrations every time a train arrives or departs from the nearby station. This made it quite uncomfortable, especially at night. To make things worse, I had to remove a large spider (possibly a huntsman) that appeared inside the room during the night, which frightened my 7-year-old daughter and woke her up crying. The only positive aspect was that the bedding and linen were clean, which I appreciated. Overall, this property did not meet my expectations and I wouldn’t recommend it, especially for families with children. I hope the host takes these issues seriously and improves the condition and cleanliness for future guests.

All was disgusting

Nothing

This was the worst accommodation experience of my entire life! Never — and I mean NEVER — book this place for yourself. It was absolutely disgusting. The sofas were stained with vomit and urine. The bed linens were dirty, clearly not washed, with pubic hair and a big urine stain. We asked to have them changed, and instead of helping properly, a cleaner barged into the room without knocking, wasted 20 minutes of our time doing absolutely nothing, and then just left. We had to wash the bedding ourselves and ended up sleeping on wet sheets. But that’s not all. They refused to let us check in until we paid a €500 deposit — something that was NEVER mentioned anywhere in the listing. We were promised we’d get it back if we didn’t smoke in the apartment. In the end, they wanted to charge us €100 when we left — for using the toilet paper (which we paid for ourselves!) and for getting a towel dirty from drying our bodies. The most ridiculous part? They wanted €50 just because we used the toilet. Apparently, we were supposed to clean the entire apartment before leaving — another thing never mentioned. Communication with the host was rude and unprofessional, and eventually, she just blocked me instead of resolving anything. So again — NEVER EVER book this place.

L'emplacement est parfait, proche du métro et des commerces. Le logement est aussi à l'intérieur et aucune fenêtre ne donne sur la rue, il y a donc peu de bruit.

Cependant, le logement n'était pas très propre, les draps encore moins, et nous n'avions que 3 serviettes pour 4 personnes.
