I don’t think I’ve ever had a host be so accommodating, most people would point you in the direction of what you need, Brando does way more than that! His number one priority is that you enjoy your stay, and if you are not, he will figure out a way to make it better.
If San Pedro is your scene (partying), then Nicolas house is a good place to stay. It is directly next to all the main bars on the island, the main dock and good food while still feeling somewhat secluded because it’s your own place.
Issues on night one were quickly fixed by host and it still does have some noise (less than any other place on that street to be fair)

- Great location overlooking Lake Atitlan. Close to the beach and center of town, where all the restaurants and stores are
- Strong stable wifi
- Access to amenities such as TV, stovetop, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and more
- Very clean
- Low water pressure during our stay
- Steep narrow stairs

Good location and near to restaurants. Comfy beds. Nice coffee filter machine. Had most kitchen equipment needed for a short stay. Friendly host.
Quite noisy at night (bring earplugs), fairly basic utilities.
