The lodge is just a quick 10min ride from Papeete Airport. We were welcomed by Tahia. She’s very kind and helped us get settled. Room is quiet, big and very comfortable. Tahia offered to drive us to a pub, then back to the lodge, and to the ferry station the morning after.
Really recommend this lodge!
QUICK TIP, THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE LODGE: When you arrive at the airport, if you take a big cab to the lodge, the driver will refuse to get inside the parking space and will say that the entrance is too narrow for big cabs. Then, I recommend that you choose a regular cab, like a hatch or a sedan.

The room and the bathroom seem newly rennovated and very well done. Lots of space and great outdoor space for sitting on private deck in shade with internet. Five minutes from airport. The free wi-fi worked very well. The owner was very friendly when we got there.
After reading the reviews people liked the fact that they could pick up from the airport. That was important to me because there's a gate with a code and then you find you room--and I liked the idea of coming in through the gate with them. They sent me a photo of the car and a license plate photo and said they would be there. But then they weren't. When I texted they said their driver was too far away and could I take a taxi? We had been waiting for awhile after picking up our luggage so it was an upsetting way to start our trip.

Great location - Just 5 min from airport. It would be if they provided croissants or bagels for breakfast. Clean and helpful staff

The location to the airport was what we were looking for. We got off our cruise ship early in the morning and went on a 4 hour tour of Tahiti because we knew that early admission to the room at 1pm was not guaranteed but when we arrived at 2pm, the room was ready and we had been upgraded! The room was fabulous plus there were a few cold beers waiting for us in the fridge. We were just 5 minutes from the airport by car.
Nothing.
