Great big apartment in great localization

Location's great. We rented the whole apartment so for 3+ guests it's perfect.

8 / 10

For a flying visit or for a smaller group it is absolutely adequate.

Nice, comfortable and clean rooms.

For six people one bathroom is not enough and WiFi should be arranged.

Very disappointing experience

location.

Very disappointing experience. Out of the 3 rooms in the apartment, only our room had no lock and could not be closed, and this was never mentioned in the listing. We had to carry our bags and belongings with us during the vacation because we were worried someone could enter the room and steal our things. The host said there was nothing they could do and did not try to find any solution. I find it absurd that a rental room can be offered without a proper lock. Very unpleasant experience. Don't recommend.

The apartment is very misleadingly advertised, as it is not clearly stated that it’s a shared apartment with up to four

The location was okay you need about 20-30 min to the city centre / old town. And about 5-10min to the beach (which is very crowded)

First of all, it is very confusing and not clearly described that this is a shared apartment. You are sharing the flat with up to four other people. The bathroom has the shower and toilet in the same room, which means you sometimes have to wait quite a long time just to use the toilet. Our roommates also left cigarette butts all over the bathroom, and it was only cleaned after they checked out. On top of that, the other guests left all their belongings everywhere in the bathroom, so we couldn’t even properly hang up our towels while showering. One of the three rooms is NOT lockable, as it only has a sliding door, which also lets light through. The main apartment door is not allowed to be locked either, because otherwise the other roommates wouldn’t be able to get in. You can hear everything, as the walls are very thin—you hear every step. One night, a roommate (probably by mistake) tried to open our room door, which really shocked us. Additionally, other people can check in at any time, and many of the roommates didn’t even know it was a shared apartment because it’s not clearly stated on Booking and is quite misleading. If you offer this kind of concept, it really needs to be clearly communicated. We also called the landlords to ask when other people would be checking in, just so we wouldn’t be caught off guard, but they were very impatient and annoyed. They just asked why we wanted to know and said they didn’t care, and that we should contact Booking if we had a problem. There was also an issue with the room, as apparently we had taken the wrong one. The next day, they called me three times and told us we had to switch rooms and even change the bed sheets ourselves. Again, they were very unfriendly. A few hours later, they suddenly said it was fine and that we could stay in our room. All in all, it was not a great experience.

La posizione
