Facility and location
We met few guys with suit at front office and restaurant. They looked big bosses, no smile, silence with suspicion when we greet 😀
Also so noisy because nearby the amusement park, could not sleep 😴

Location
8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
The location was easy to access the shops around.
It was modern enough with pool, restaurant with good food, massage etc.
Only minor issues that didn’t impact our stay - The spa wasn’t on and takes 5-6 hours to heat up.
We were only provided 2 towels for 3 people to stay
The Ferris wheel is loud, don’t stay here if you want a quiet night sleep

We absolutely loved our second stay at the hotel. The view and access to the lake front is the best in the area. The staff, particularly Sukdev Aryal, could not have been more accomodating and helpful to us. He provided great recommendations for activities and assisted us with bookings. The included breakfast, comfort of the rooms, pool and amenities were all fantastic. Will definitely be recommending to others and hopefully returning again soon.
Nothing.
