Place is beautiful. Property manager is bad and thus steer away if it is Malik’s
The place is beautiful. The property manager is bad and rude.
The Property Manager was absolutely non cooperative and I had to drive at 3 am to someone’s house to get the keys. Our train had a fire and we were delayed and when the property manager was updated on the information, she had no concerns whatsoever on the contrarory she shared “ After 8pm, there's a fee of €120 from 8pm to midnight. Then, from midnight to 5am, there's a fee of €220. Thank you for the update. Unfortunately, it is not possible for the concierge to wait until 1:00 am for your arrival. You will need to find alternative accommodation for tonight and make your way to the villa tomorrow morning instead.
Please let us know once you have arranged this, and we will coordinate the key handover for tomorrow.

I communicated the following “ From your communication earlier it was clear that we could come late as it was beyond our control. We have no alternate arrangement. We would like to get the house ready as we are a big group.”
We had prepaid all of the charges for the place for 12 people and they were rude, inconsiderate and non accommodating
This was her response
“ Listen, the concierge cannot stay at the house until your arrival. Here is the solution: I will give you the concierge's address. Please ask your taxi to first stop at this address so you can collect the key, and then have the taxi take you on to the villa. This is the only solution available.
Please let me know once you have the concierge's address confirmed and I will send it to you.”
At 3 am we were looking for some address and trying to call to get the keys. This was just not acceptable.
Once we arrived at the place most of the place was well kept.
But there were no blankets in the upper level and no bath mats or hand wash soaps, no trash bags, no laundry pods. No instruction sheet.
The property manager refuse to give owners contact and she was not of help.
