Excelente ubicación, literal bajabas y estabas en el mero corazón de Lisboa, el lugar muy bello, con todos los servicios; no había personal pero las instrucciones fueron bastante claras así que no se requería de más.
Para mí no hubo problema pero quizá para algunas personas el tema de no tener elevador pueda afectar ya que está en el 3er piso.

La posizione è letteralmente perfetta, centrale per visitare buona parte del centro storico a piedi e allo stesso tempo vicina anche a metro e tutti gli autobus/tram che possono servire per spostarsi. Altro punto a favore, estremamente silenziosa nonostante affacciasse su una delle strade più frequentate del centro. La comunicazione con i proprietari chiarissima. Stanza e bagno pulitissimi e completi di tutto quello che poteva servire.
La stanza era molto piccola ma ne eravamo consapevoli, per chi viene a visitare la città e passa la maggior parte del tempo fuori va più che bene. L’unico punto sfavorevole è che è un terzo piano senza ascensore (non mi pareva fosse segnalato o forse mi è sfuggito), quindi può essere un po’ scomodo a seconda delle esigenze.

La ubicación sin duda la mejor
Era pequeña la habitación y había un poco de ruido en la calle, pero es normal estando en zona centro.

Very convenient location, right in the city centre.
Close to the metro.
The room and bathroom were clean.
The bathroom was spacious and had a large shower.
The room was very small and had no air conditioning.
The double bed was quite small and there was only one bedside table.
No elevator, with the room located on the third floor.
The room was noisy because of the restaurants and shops below, especially with the window open due to the lack of air conditioning.
A person regularly slept in the entrance hall of the building, which made the entrance feel uncomfortable.
