I would stay in the building again, just not in a unit managed by Vivi Homes.

The location is great and the building amenities are nice. I've stayed in the building before in units managed by other companies and I can recommend those wholeheartedly. Unfortunately, while the building and units are beautiful, your stay is heavily reliant on the quality of the property management company

2/10. Completely unacceptable experience. We booked this apartment for four guests and encountered serious problems from the beginning. The second bathroom was not properly usable on arrival and was eventually declared completely unusable, with significant repairs required. The advertised jacuzzi/hot tub also never worked despite repeated assurances that it would be addressed. We additionally experienced air-conditioning problems and disruption to the water supply without notice several times. We spent a substantial part of our holiday dealing with messages, maintenance visits and unresolved problems instead of enjoying our stay. I am a short-term rental host, so I understand these things happen. But the lack of communication and empty promises from Vivi Homes was genuinely surprising. We rarely got real updates on the issues and mostly just encountered AI agent responses to our messages. We repeatedly gave ViVi Homes opportunities to resolve the issues and requested relocation, but were told no alternative property was available. We remained in the apartment in good faith while waiting for the problems to be fixed. Ultimately, the water issue was never resolved and Vivi Homes told us we needed to leave the apartment and find alternative accommodation ourselves because they would need to shut off the water to the apartment indefinitely. ViVi Homes provided no assistance whatsoever in finding somewhere else for four guests to stay, despite their property no longer being able to accommodate us. We were offered a partial refund for the nights already spent dealing with these conditions. Refunding the unused nights after requiring us to leave did nothing to compensate for the disruption we had already experienced. For a property at this price level, the maintenance and handling of these problems were completely unacceptable. Based on our experience, I would not stay here again and would not book another property managed by ViVi Homes.

Amazing Apartment

This apartment was absolutely amazing. It was one of the nicest apartments we have ever stayed in. There was so much space. It was luxurious. The master bedroom was beautiful when you open the blinds you can view the sea. The kitchen facilities was great . The balcony was huge and and no matter what time of the day you can have sun. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would definitely stay there again. There is a washer & dryer also. They communicated really well and any question we had was responded to immediately and sorted right away.

The only downside was in the 2nd bedroom the 2 single beds were quite creaky. We contacted the owners and they arranged maintenance men. While we were there we would 1 mattress on the floor and it sorted the problem for us.
