It was good but not the most luxurious

It’s was close by everything, the private parking was also a big +. Communication was good, and we had more than enough towels.

The bed was way too hard. The WiFi did not work what’s so ever and the shutter in de living room did not work. The shower is a bit cramped especially if you’re a tall or larger person.

Misleading listing and unacceptable comfort

The location is excellent, close to the city centre, the train station, and a grocery store. Heating worked well, which was appreciated during cold December evenings, and the host was responsive.

Note: This property is managed by a management company and not an individual. Many issues with the property: Comfort, hygiene, and basic facilities were a major issue. The bed sags noticeably in the middle and urgently needs replacing. Pillows were uncomfortable (either too flat or too thick) and did not have pillow protectors, and the mattress had no topper, which raises hygiene concerns. The sofa bed should not be advertised as a sofa bed, as it is very hard and lumpy and did not provide adequate comfort, even for a child. The TV is not functional as it has no channels available. This is not clearly advertised. Using Chromecast is not a viable alternative, as it could not connect to the Wi-Fi, which itself required connecting to another apartment and only worked reliably in the living room/kitchen. The boiler clicks loudly and consistently throughout the night and should be checked. Pipes are also very noisy in the bedroom when the kitchen is used. The shower curtain is excessively long and becomes slippery on the shower floor, creating a safety concern. The living-room shutters are broken and do not close, an issue already mentioned in previous reviews. The main entrance door hinge does not appear to close properly, which raised safety concerns. Basic amenities were insufficient: only 3 shower towels for 3 people for 4 nights, no hand or face towels, no hand soap, no shampoo, no kettle, limited toilet paper, and no washing detergent. After reviewing past feedback, it appears several of these issues have been raised before and remain unresolved, which further impacted our experience. We left a day earlier because of lack of good sleep. We are looking for a reimbursement and I have raised an official complaint with booking.com

Good location and lots of space.

All electric was shut down before arrival. The apartment was cold and the cooktop wasn’t working. We stayed two days so the problems was sorted but one can think that all that sort of problems could have been taken care of before our arrival.
