Good location for the metro.
It really is not for 3 people, the sofa is mostly broken and there are holes in it. The bathroom is very small and the pictures make it look a lot better than it is

The property was clean, it was in a good location for us, buses were near by and a co op store was very near to buy our groceries…
I feel the sofa being used as a bed for a third person is no longer viable … it wasn’t at all comfortable but likely was when it was new … We missed not having a dishcloth to do dishes (not fans of using a sponge) and extra dish towel as the dish rack had no tray under it to keep water off the counter, and there was no paper towels or scissors…

It wasa nixe size and place
There was nothing there to clean with the fairy liquid was waterd down and we had to buy our own bin bags and cloth
