This property has an excellent quiet location with a truly exceptional view. Very clean and nicely decorated. There are insect nets on all windows and doors which we appreciated
There is no air conditioning at this property but some powerful fans which we found helped with the heatwave during our stay

El lugar, apartado sin nadie alrededor.

Pequeño pero mal distribuido
Con el precio me hicieron pagar la tasa turística ( ya sé que es poco pero por lo que se paga podría estar incluido)
Haría falta un estractor de humos en la cocina

Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist sehr schön. Hier ist man quasi alleine und hat Ruhe. Die Stechmücken hielten sich in Grenzen. Eine Klimaanlage haben wir jetzt im Juni nicht vermisst. Man kann die Balkontür über Nacht offen lassen. Keine Angst vor Einbrechern. Hier kommt niemand her. Sehr gut, dass an allen Fenstern Insektengitter sind. Auch die Balkontüre hat ein Insektengitter. Der Strand direkt unterhalb des Appartements ist mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Am Strand ist es schwierig über die Steine ins Meer zu gelangen. Wir sind woanders an den Strand gefahren. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist ganz frisch gut befahrbar gemacht worden.
Als der Kühlschrank kaputt gegangen war, durften wir den Kühlschrank im Appartement darunter verwenden. Inzwischen ist ein neuer Kühlschrank dort. Wir empfehlen, das Wasser in der Dusche nicht komplett voll aufzudrehen, sondern etwas weniger Druck aufzudrehen. Somit hat man gleichmäßig warmes Wasser. Das funktioniert gut. Die Küche hat wenig Flächen um Speisen zuzubereiten. Das haben wir auf dem Tisch des Balkons getan und danach auf dem Herd gekocht. Ansonsten ist in der Küche alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Das Bad ist sehr klein aber ausreichend.
Abends auf dem Balkon zu sitzen und das Meer anzusehen war wunderschön. Wer seine Ruhe möchte wie wir, fühlt sich hier sehr wohl.
Alles ist wunderbar sauber. Stefania wohnt vorort und schaut für die Eigentümer nach dem Appartement. Sie ist sehr nett.
Das Apartment nebenan steht seit Jahren leer. Die Waschmaschine funktioniert sehr gut. Den Müll kann man im Ort zu isola ecologica bringen. Man kann dort jede Art von Müll auf einmal abgeben. Also nicht getrennt. Die Öffnungszeiten stehen dort.

If you want somewhere quiet and remote this is perfect. Not sure if adjoining apartment is used. Not while we were there.
Facilities where fine though not much space to prepare food. Good for doing some washing which we needed at this point on our trip.
Balcony view and space was excellent.
It was very difficult to find. It is off metaled road and down a dirt track. Ok to drive but not what I would have chosen had I known in my car.
Beach is just rocks as far as we could, see too difficult for us to climb down to.
