Residenza della Arti is located in the heart of Florence, and a 16 minute walk from the train station. My room was spotless and comfortable, with air conditioning, a rainfall shower, and digital TV. I enjoyed the included breakfast - it was really convenient to get something to eat before heading out to check out the city. As a solo female traveler, I felt very comfortable here. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and made me feel at home.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Location is excellent (although difficult to find at first - look for the green door.)

A Wonderful Stay — Would Highly Recommend
From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The front desk team was friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay, and the breakfast and housekeeping staff were equally kind and accommodating.
Our room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained.
Overall, a great experience from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends and family.
