Located 15 minutes from Lake Annecy, 45 minutes from Lake Bourgey and 40 minutes from Lake Geneva and very close to the Nordic and alpine ski resorts (Le Semnoz 20 min, La Clusaz 1 hour, Manigod 45 minutes, Plateau des Glières 40 min, ...), this beautiful accommodation in a farmhouse in Allonzier la Caille awaits you!
It exudes an authentic charm with stone walls and exposed beams. On the first floor, the 2 living rooms are bright thanks to the 2 bay windows and give direct access to the enclosed garden of 500 m2 and the single storey terrace of 40 m2.
The kitchen is fully equipped and offers generous space. The living room is tastefully furnished with a sofa and 3 armchairs inviting you to relax. A laundry room and a separate toilet complete on the first floor. Outside a large trampoline will delight your children.
Upstairs, the accommodation has 2 bedrooms with double bed 160 x 200, a children's bedroom with 2 beds of 90x190, a bathroom and a second separate toilet.
Practical after a day at the beach, hiking or returning from skiing, a carport for 2 vehicles is private. An adjoining and secure annex of 7 m2 allows you to store bicycles and skis.

The farm was perfect for our family of 5.
The kids enjoyed the trampoline, bathtub and garden. As a family we spend the majority of time in the kitchen.
Only 27min from Geneva and the lake of Annecy.
