Your vacation home, the Maschansker
Named after an old Styrian apple variety, the Maschansker offers a place of tranquility and vitality. On this formerly agricultural property, a vacation home in a modern country-style is being built for a relaxing getaway for two. Enjoy the unspoiled countryside and take a dip in the natural swimming pond. And all of this with a view of the silhouette of the imposing Riegersburg Castle, the region’s landmark.
Exclusive vacation home for private use:
The Maschansker vacation home offers comfort across three floors. On the first floor is the spacious bedroom and living area with direct access to the generous sun terrace. The interior design is carefully coordinated with the building’s architecture. The wood-burning stove can be lit to set the right mood or maintain the perfect temperature. Also on the first floor is the modern country-style kitchen and the light-filled dining area.
The attic is accessible via an open staircase. Here, 60 square meters of open space await you to do whatever you please. Devote yourself to painting, relax with yoga, or watch the sunset over the lush orchards through the glass front of the upper floor.
In the basement of the house, you’ll find the wellness area, including a cozy relaxation room and a rain shower. The centerpiece of the wellness area is the spacious sauna (available starting in fall 2021) with a view of the steep orchards. After a sauna session, the swimming pond is just a stone’s throw away for guests looking for adventure. The house’s own wine bar, featuring select regional wines, is also located here in the basement.
