Follow the signs for the “Genussweg” (Gourmet Trail), which runs right next to the estate. A leisurely walk will take you to several wine taverns and renowned culinary establishments (Zotter Chocolate Factory, Gölles Manufaktur, etc.).
On-site costs: Your benefit for stays of 2 nights or more in one of the vacation apartments: All overnight guests receive a 50% discount on the “Ritterticket” (ascent and admission to the castle museums)! Plus: For stays of three nights or more in a vacation apartment, the rate is just EUR 80 per night instead of EUR 85! (Double room: For stays of three nights or more, the rate is just EUR 25 per night instead of EUR 27!)
