Our Holenke room (16 m²) features a double bed and a pull-out couch (140 x 200 m), a shower/toilet, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi.
Breakfast is not included. In the hallway, you’ll find a coffee maker, electric kettle, refrigerator, and a small stove with an oven, along with dishes and silverware. An ADEG supermarket is a 5-minute walk away for shopping.

Breakfast not included; a refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, dishes, and cutlery, as well as a small stove with an oven for reheating or baking, are available in the hallway outside the room.

Enjoy our beautiful Bregenzerwald in every season—we live on-site and will personally take care of you.
Our house is in a quiet yet central location with beautiful views of the mountains; all apartments are equipped with every comfort, including a reserved parking space in the carport.
Our ski areas are Diedamskopf (3 km), Damüls (9 km), and Hochtannberg-Warth-Lech (approx. 24 km). Our small Grunholz ski lift is just a 5-minute walk from the house—no car needed.
Our Bergfriedenhütte, located at 1,100 m and accommodating 2–9 people, is available for rent only in the summer. It is self-catering, very well-equipped, and accessible by car in about 10 minutes, offering beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.
Pets are not allowed.
Our children’s playground, featuring a trampoline and swings, is located in the garden, along with a barbecue area, and we are not situated on the main road.
A 5-minute walk away, you’ll find: shopping, a bank, a post office, and restaurants.
In the summer, if you stay for 3 nights or more, you’ll receive the Bregenzerwald & Großes Walsertal Guest Card, which grants you free access to all mountain railways, outdoor pools, and buses in the region.
